About The Role

Te Ngaengae Pool + Fitness are seeking 1 x full-time permanent frontline star to join our reception team to create a welcoming environment for our customers. You'll be greeting them and admitting them to the pool as well as assisting with general pool information making their visit to our facility a great one.

You also have the opportunity to assist the wider team with bookings, promotional material, while offering the best service to our large range of customers. You'll work alongside the wider Pool + Fitness team including Lifeguards and Learn to Swim Instructors located poolside.

In order to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the position, you may be required to work additional hours from time to time and may be rostered to work at other locations when required; however, your primary location of work will be Te Ngaengae Pool + Fitness.

All shifts are worked on a rostered basis which includes weekend shifts. At this stage, the available shifts will be between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm Tuesday – Friday and 9.15am-6.15pm on Saturday’s.

About You

You'll bring previous experience working in a frontline, customer service position with a desire to provide exceptional service. You will also have cash handling experience, an eye for detail and be excellent at managing your time.
