Procurement Executive

OverviewProvide support to sourcing manager to source and evaluate new vendors for supply of identified materials for company's portfolio of business.Able to negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure supply of material in most cost-efficient manner within agreed price target and budget.Work closely with purchasing team to track and monitor delivery of purchased items within agreed schedule and confirm delivery of items per agreed specifications by respective vendors.Conduct monthly / periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate, and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.Provide support to management in reviewing and recommending sourcing / procurement policies including use of appropriate tools to meet company's evolving business needs.Review and provide recommendations to management for the materials needed.Handle daily activity while re-establishing workflow and cross training of team members.Successfully implement ERP sourcing / procurement related modules.Develop analysis tools with system to enhance job and intensify control and continuous improvement.Fully co-develop and implement subcon control and tracking with Batam planning team.Driving cost reduction project with monthly report and action items.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
