Prospect School is a proud, multicultural community with strong Māori and Pacific connections. We are seeking a leader who has the capability to work alongside the Senior Leadership team in creating transformational change in our space.

The successful applicant will be professional, organised, and deeply committed to culturally sustaining practice and educational leadership to ensure our learners thrive — ahakoa te aha!. They’ll work closely with our Samoan whānau to help establish a Samoan pathway at our kura.

This role comes with a teaching component and will encompass some of the LSC portfolio. This is a role that can be matched to the skillset that you are offering!

We have a tight deadline on this role as we have had some unexpected staffing changes due to promotion and family circumstances.
