Scheduling Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating overall service area schedules and activities. Reports to the Practice Manager / Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as a patient liaison for scheduling of services.
• Responsible for accurate data collection, documentation, and data retrieval.
• Provides clerical, secretarial and project management functions for the service area.
• Interfaces and communicates with multiple departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

None required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
