About the Role

As an Integration and Connectivity Manager, you will provide technical integration support to our diverse range of Business & Corporate customers, ensuring efficient and effective integration solutions. Your role includes providing expert guidance and support on integration implementations, managing and resolving complex issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement, ensuring security and integrity, monitoring system performance, leading implementation projects, overseeing QA environment setup, analysing test results, supporting end‑to‑end testing, consulting with customers to formulate project definitions, scope, solutions, processes, and timelines, and providing training and support to internal and external parties. You will also stay updated with the latest trends in integration and connectivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Understanding of client and bank file formats such as MT9, CSV, FileAct, SWIFT, XML.
• Ability to create technical solutions for corporate connectivity challenges.
• Experience managing various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Solid grasp of project management and experience in Agile environments.
• Over three years of experience in corporate connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of corporate online banking channels and ERP / TMS / Accounting packages such as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Xero.
• Project Manager Industry Certification or qualifications in business or project management (preferred).
