ConsultANZ is seeking a Road Maintenance Divisional Manager for a leading civil contractor delivering State Highway and Local Authority road maintenance contracts across Central Otago. This role leads a new 10-year, $30M per annum IDC contract, based in Cromwell or Alexandra, near Queenstown and Wanaka.
Main Duties :
- Manage delivery of State Highway and Local Authority road maintenance contracts
- Lead a team of 6 direct reports, 30 full-time staff, and 30 subcontractors
- Oversee budgets, scheduling, performance, and contract compliance
- Build strong relationships with Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and Central Otago District Council
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
- Drive team performance and operational efficiency
