Maintenance and Grounds Person

Auto Lodge Motels is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Grounds Person to ensure the economical, efficient and effective maintenance of our two properties, Plymouth International and Auto Lodge. This is a varied role and requires a jack of all trades type of person with good communication skills. Full-time or Part-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings inside and out
• Ensure grounds are consistently presented at a high-standard
• General maintenance of all plant and equipment; liaise with key staff regarding equipment faults, and arrange equipment repair when required.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist with conference set-ups
