What you'll be responsible for
Develop and maintain coordination plans that connect multiple water treatment projectsLead regular meetings between project teams and plant operations staff to ensure smooth collaborationFacilitate stakeholder engagement and assess how projects will impact daily operationsReview contractor plans to ensure they work seamlessly with existing plant operationsOversee site induction processes and ensure all teams understand operational requirementsIntegrate safety requirements across all projects during transition periodsDevelop strategies for bringing new systems online and ensuring operational teams are readyCoordinate smooth handovers from construction completion to daily plant operationsMonitor connection points between projects and create systems for managing information requestsEnsure compliance with safety standards throughout commissioning and handover processesWhat you'll need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldSignificant experience in large‑scale infrastructure / utility projectsStrong background in water / wastewater industry preferredAdvanced project management and coordination abilitiesA Veolia Career
