About the Role

As the Gynaecology Theatre Team Leader, you will :

• Lead a specialised theatre team delivering high-quality gynaecology surgery
• Support and grow the robotic-assisted surgery programme
• Work closely with senior perioperative leaders to drive best practice
• Bring your expertise to strategic discussions that shape private surgical services
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
