• Provide leadership and management of the planning and treatment unit at our comprehensive cancer treatment centre in Wellington, New Zealand
• Mentor our team of fantastic RT’s , with support from our experienced Site Manager
• State of the Art Facilities : Varian TrueBeam, HyperArc, Eclipse Planning, ARIA OIS
• Various Therapies : DIBH, EBRT, IGRT, SRGT, Stereotactic, VMAT
• Excellent REM, 5 Weeks Annual Leave, PD Days / Allowance
• Permanent, Full-Time  (9-day fortnight)

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist to join our team. You will be responsible for the unit’s clinical operation and will require an ongoing commitment to the provision of technical supervision and support for all on-site Radiation Therapists. This role is a permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) reporting to the Site Manager.

Bowen Icon Cancer Centre

The Bowen Icon Cancer Centre is a joint venture between Evolution Healthcare and Icon Group, established in 2017. The centre provides integrated, non-surgical cancer treatments in an outpatient setting, operating Monday to Friday (7am–6pm) with flexibility for after-hours treatment when required. Each year, approximately 900 new patients receive care across three medical specialties : Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Clinical Haematology, including consultation, treatment, and supportive care. Located within the Bowen Specialist Centre in Wellington, the purpose-built facility features :

The multidisciplinary team includes medical specialists, nurses, radiation therapists, medical physicists, administration staff, clinical trials coordinators, and management. The centre also maintains close relationships with independent providers of supportive care services.
