We’re looking for a strategic and influential leader to take charge of Apata’s Grower Services, Orchard Operations, and Technical Services teams. This is a senior executive role where you’ll shape the future of orchard performance and client experience, driving innovation and strengthening Apata’s position as the partner of choice.

What you’ll do

Lead strategy for Grower Services, ApataGROW, and Technical Services aligned with Apata’s long‑term objectives.

Champion innovation and technical excellence to deliver World Class Orchards.

Build strong grower relationships and ensure exceptional client experience.

Develop and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Influence industry engagement and future orchard development initiatives.

What we’re looking for

10+ years’ experience in horticulture, agribusiness, or related industry, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

Strong commercial acumen and proven success in orchard management.

Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

Knowledge of kiwifruit industry standards and technical practices.

Tertiary qualification in horticulture, agribusiness, or related field preferred.
