Office / Clinic Manager – Foundation Sports & Rehab Clinic, Taupō

Foundation Sports & Rehab Clinic is seeking an experienced Office / Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy clinic.

You’ll manage a team of physiotherapists, oversee administration, coordinate bookings, handle finances, and ensure everything runs efficiently. This is a hands‑on role where your initiative and organisation will shine.

About You

• Experienced in office or clinic management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident managing staff, operations, and budgets
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Competent with admin and accounting systems (Xero preferred)

We offer

This is a part‑time position with 20 hours per week of guaranteed hours. There would also be the expectation to cover leave for our other receptionist as required.
