We’re hiring Store Manager | Remote | Flexible Hours

About the Role

We are seeking professionals with retail or team management experience to train and evaluate AI in store operations and customer interaction simulations. You will assess AI-generated outputs related to retail operations, staffing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Review AI responses to retail management and operations scenarios.
Evaluate logic, leadership, and communication quality.
Suggest refinements for improved realism and consistency.
Collaborate with other reviewers to maintain project standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business, or related field.

Experience in team leadership or operations preferred.

Excellent communication and writing skills.
