Project Administrator

Madison Recruitment are seeking a detail-focused Project Administrator to support our client’s Delivery team on a fixed-term contract until October next year, starting ASAP. This role is critical in coordinating activities and providing document control support to ensure the effective delivery of complex projects within a large industrial environment.

Key responsibilities :

• Coordinate and support project administration across a multi-project programme.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with programme requirements.
• Carry out project support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide essential documentation and certification to customers to enable safe and efficient delivery.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
• Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver programme objectives.
