Located in one of New Zealand’s most spectacular scenic regions, this state-of-the‑art facility with comprehensive in‑house R&D, advanced composite manufacturing, and private test tracks on‑site, this is a rare opportunity to see your designs go from "blank sheet" to "track testing" in record time.

The Role

Joining the Vehicle Development team, you will take ownership of major vehicle systems for bespoke motorsport and high‑end automotive projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle - from first principles and concept design through to detailed analysis, manufacturing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Ownership : Own the lifecycle of major vehicle systems, applying first‑principles engineering and cutting‑edge tools to deliver world‑class performance
• Advanced Design : Create robust, high‑quality CAD models and technical drawings.
• Analysis & Validation : Perform structural analysis on load‑bearing components using FEA tools, supported by hand calculations and physical testing.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Lead design reviews and collaborate with manufacturing and aerodynamic teams to ensure designs meet strict performance requirements.
• Testing : Develop equipment and procedures to validate mechanical systems.
