You will manage the full sales order processing cycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest quality standards of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing & Data Entry
Generate and process sales orders, delivery orders, billing and collection orders, and credit / debit notes.
Input and update SAP quotations, download air conditioning stock lists, and generate quotation summary reports to forecast stock needs for the aircon project sales team.
Generate sales reports from SAP.
Sales Reporting & Customer Support
Create invoices for payment and generate monthly payment reports for sales teams, monthly declaration of manual invoice reports, advance payments report.
Ensure smooth communication with third-party service providers to fulfill orders and manage deliveries.
SAP System Management
Input, review, and manage quotations in the SAP system to ensure all orders are captured accurately.
Download and maintain reports related to sales data and stock information.
Others
Support the transition for system implementation.
Your Skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
Preferably from Consumer Electronics or Channel Sales Distribution Background would be advantageous.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions).
Strong attention to detail and a sensitivity to numerical accuracy.
Ability to proactively solve problems and a customer-centric mindset.
Your Profile
Possess a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Managementor related business disciplines.
At least 2 years in order processing / fulfilment, sales coordination function.
Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
Sensitive to numbers.
A proactive learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
