Production Foreman - Christchurch

About the Role

As Factory Foreman, you’ll ensure the day-to-day operations of our Christchurch manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll guide the team, support workflows, monitor performance, and ensure that every project is delivered to our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. If you enjoy coaching others, improving processes, and keeping the wheels moving smoothly, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising daily factory operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently
• Allocating work, managing workflow, and supporting team performance
• Managing factory housekeeping, inventory, tools, facilities, and equipment
• Coordinating with contractors, ensuring standards and safety requirements are met
• Supporting continuous improvement, process upgrades, and operational innovation
