Location : 770A Great South Road, Wiri, Auckland

Employment type : Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week)

Pay rate : $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Roster : Rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Duty Manager to work across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. The role includes supervising staff, delivering high service standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Duty Manager also acts as the Manager on Duty when required.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Overseeing Front Office and F&B shift operations
• Acting as Manager on Duty and making operational decisions
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitoring service standards to meet brand expectations
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Managing cash handling, shift reports, and daily checklists
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures
• Assisting with rostering, staff supervision, and coordination between departments
