Job descriptionLead on stakeholder engagement including the development of comprehensive stakeholder analyses, mapping, plans and delivery of workshops. Produce high-quality communications materials including comms plans, collateral and other materials as required. Liaise with stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate engagement and communication activities and products. Work in partnership with project managers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver targeted engagement and communication plans and activities. Demonstrable background in a similar engagement role, within a complex change programme. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify and manage key stakeholders using a people‑centred approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to develop and deliver high‑quality communication materials for large programmes. Ability to initiate and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Proven experience in appropriate judgement and assessment of risk. Demonstrated experience developing engagement and communication plans. Conceptual and analytical skills, with strong initiative and a ‘can do’ approach. Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace ambiguity. Change analyst or change management experience in large‑scale digital programmes is also desirable. Deliverables / Purpose
This role will work closely with the existing change team to deliver engagement and communications activities across a busy programme of work. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement and communication plans, acting as the key liaison point for stakeholder engagements.
