Our client is a proudly NZ‑based FMCG business operating across global markets. With a focus on quality, compliance, and growth, they are seeking a hands‑on Logistics Manager to manage operations across New Zealand and Australian offices, and their global markets.
Description
This is an Auckland‑based role with close collaboration with the Australian office, offering the chance to lead a small operations team and help to shape process, structure, and team culture. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands‑on role managing all aspects of import, export and domestic stock movements. You will lead the team, oversee documentation, coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs – all to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
You’ll also play a key role in building structure and culture within the team – mentoring staff, improving workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in leadership while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day logistics operations.
