An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Highland for a visionary and dedicated leader to shape the future of population health across our region. We are seeking an Associate Director of Planning to lead the development of a bold and inclusive 10-year strategy that will drive improvements in health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
This pivotal role will influence the strategic direction of our Board and requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with our workforce, local communities, and key stakeholders to co‑create a strategy that reflects the needs and aspirations of the people we serve.
