About the role
We're seeking a reporting, analytics and remuneration specialist who is passionate about driving strategic workforce insights and supporting data-led decision-making.
In this role, you'll drive the transformation of SP&C reporting and people analytics, including health, safety and wellbeing insights. You'll move us from traditional reporting to a modern, transparent and insight-rich model through data visualisation and storytelling. Your blend of HR expertise and advanced analytical skills will help shape workforce planning, equity reviews and ongoing improvement.
Key responsibilities of this role include..
Prepare executive-level papers and recommendations related to remuneration and workforce analytics.
You will be an analytical thinker who enjoys translating data into practical insights. With experience across people analytics you understand HR processes, reporting systems and workforce data. You will be curious, detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve tools, reporting, and decision-making.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years' experience in people analytics, or health and safety reporting, ideally with remuneration experience gained in a commercial environment.
