About the Role

We’re looking for someone organised, people-focused and proactive to support our HR and recruitment functions while leading workplace events and celebrations.

This fixed-term position starts immediately and runs through to June 2026 . You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth experience for new starters, supporting HR administration, and bringing energy and creativity to the moments that make Hume a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding across the business
• Deliver accurate HR administration and maintain up-to-date records
• Lead planning and delivery of company events and celebrations
• Support HR projects and seasonal workforce activities
• Keep day-to-day tasks moving with initiative and attention to detail
