THE ROLE
As Branch Manager with 3 years' experience in the vehicle trade, you'll lead sales and operations, driving team performance while delivering exceptional, consultative customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of branch P&L, including revenue, margin, expenses, and EBITDA targets
- Execute sales strategies to grow share and optimize margins across key customers
- Deliver branch initiatives aligned with margin, inventory, and KPI targets
- Lead customer engagement, building strong relationships with top contractors
- Ensure operational excellence in procurement, stock control, merchandising, and asset management
