Here is what we are looking for

Experienced in Filipino / Southeast Asian Cuisine

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required

Atleast 2 years experience in commercial kitchen

Knowledge in Stocktake, Costing and Menu Building

Strong Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations in local council.

Ability to work independently

Baking experience (Preferred)

Basic advertising / marketing skills

Computer literate and comfortable with POS systems

Have working rights in New Zealand.
