What You’ll Do :

• Act as a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth policy processing transactions.
• Contribute to strategies that drive customer retention and growth, enhancing the customer experience.
• Provide timely and accurate policy and underwriting advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control.
• Assist with policy processing and credit control tasks as needed.
• Support the training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and growth within the team.
