Building on this legacy, we’ve recently launched the 1881 Store, expanding our brand into the retail space. We’re now seeking a proactive and reliable Manager to help connect and support both our physical and online stores.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative. You’ll be a key part of our team, especially during the busy harvest season, where a friendly and approachable attitude is essential.

Hours

Variable, typically between 35-45 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Retail Store Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening / closing procedures, merchandising, stock presentation, and cleanliness.

Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.

Assist in creating and scheduling organic social media content and marketing emails.

Organise rosters and coordinate staff scheduling.
