CLUB MANAGER – 24 / 7 FITNESS PORIRUA

A rare opportunity has opened up to lead our Porirua club — one of our flagship gyms in the Wellington region. At 24 / 7 Fitness, we’re all about genuine people, strong community, and results that matter. As Club Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the club — driving growth, creating a great member experience, and leading a team that’s proud of what they do.

What you’ll thrive in this role

• Love connecting with people and can build strong relationships both inside and outside the gym
• Take pride in keeping the club energised, welcoming, and spotless
• Enjoy promoting and growing a local fitness community
• Are comfortable leading from the front — taking group fitness classes, PT sessions, or new member orientations
• Know how to use social media to tell your club’s story and celebrate member wins

Hours

Minimum of 30 hours per week, with current hours being : Monday to Friday 9 : 00am – 3 : 30pm (includes 30 min unpaid lunch break). There’s also flexibility to extend Monday & Wednesday to 7pm (37 hours total).
