The Role

You’re not just selling homes, you’re guiding clients through one of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) journeys of their lives. From the first conversation to the final contract, you’ll ensure every client feels understood, valued and thoroughly WOWED.

• Collaborate with the inhouse design and estimating teams to deliver accurate, inspiring and achievable solutions
• Leverage industry-leading tools and resources that empower you to deliver an unmatched client experience
• Keep your CRM sharp and detailed to power a stronger sales pipeline and elevate your results
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships grounded in trust, integrity, and exceptional service
