About the role :
- Manage the Wellington customer base - proactively generating hiring solutions through existing clients, and consistently prospecting for, and closing, new business
- Research and maintain strong solutions knowledge - utilising the technical experts to ensure you're presenting your customers with 'fit for purpose' machine recommendations
- Generate hire agreements and all other documentation related to hiring, delivery and payment
- Ensure your customers understand the groups' total offering - looking for opportunities to generate leads for other divisions
- Manage your time in an autonomous role - keeping your Regional Manager regularly updated with successes and challenges
- Know your competitors - make it your business to understand their offering, pricing, and your own unique selling points, to win ongoing market share
About you :
You're a sales hunter, already residing in the Wellington region.You know your sales style, and what motivates you, extremely well - you're not the type to favour calling solely on existing customers in order to avoid new business developmentYou're familiar with the necessary sales activity (lead generation, number of calls, visits and proposals out) required to close sales and achieve targets, and therefore earn uncapped commissionYou are highly motivated to secure a role with an uncapped income - you set yourself both life and career goals, and you are absolutely determined to achieve themYou enjoy working autonomously, planning your days to maximise sales opportunitiesYou have strong technical capability and a genuine interest in technical solutions - you're passionate about ongoing learning and becoming an expert in your marketBenefits :
