Job Description

As a Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes our mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll work a minimum of 15 contracted hours per week – mornings (7 : 00–8 : 30am), afternoons (2 : 30–6 : 00pm depending on programme requirements), and potentially extra hours during the school holidays (between 7 : 00am–6 : 00pm). The role is located in our sKids Orakei site, however we are also hiring for the same role in our sKids St Ignatius school site located in St Heliers. Both of the sites are in close distance. Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
