About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Project Manager to join our Auckland team and play an integral role in delivering a range of exciting infrastructure projects. The position is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in project delivery and is eager to broaden their experience across large‑scale, complex projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases – from planning and design through to procurement, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, tracking progress and reporting to senior project leaders and clients.
• Contribute to design management, procurement processes, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with project documentation and industry standards.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting TSA Riley’s reputation for excellence and trusted delivery in the infrastructure sector.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent project outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
