About the Role

As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well‑established, premium client portfolio, delivering proactive accounting support, managing compliance, and offering practical advisory. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long‑term relationships while working independently within a high‑performing team. With cloud‑based systems streamlining workflows, you’ll focus on meaningful value‑add work and enjoy a culture that genuinely supports work‑life balance.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in New Zealand public practice
• CA or CPA qualified, or ideally working towards
• Confident with Xero and XPM, and keen on technology
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset and ready to make an impact
