About the Role :

As the Head of Commercial, you will take ownership of supporting all aspects of sales operations. Leading a team of four, you’ll align commercial strategy with business goals, influence executive decisions, and ensure sales teams have the necessary means at their disposal to deliver performance and results.

A key component to the role is leading the Go to Market product strategy as well as :

• Developing and communicating sales strategies for commercial growth.
• Using market insights, lead product and pricing conversations to increase market share and obtain competitive advantage.
• Partnering with sales leaders in the business on KPI development and pipelines and owning forecasting and reporting for the senior leaders.
• Supporting pricing strategies for RFPs and customer submissions.
• Identifying opportunities to lift efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue outcomes.

About You :

As well as having extensive experience supporting sales operations in a commercial, pricing or equivalent field you will have :
