Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This role sits within our Digital Workplace Platform and is part of the DevTools Squad. This squad supports Platform (an ecosystem for code management, collaboration, and governance), Workflow, and Automation.

This is a hands‑on consulting role where you’ll work closely with internal teams to design, deliver, and support smart, scalable solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values both technical depth and strong communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and implement software solutions that align with business goals and technical best practice
• Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle – from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, product owners, and business leads
• Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and continuously look for ways to improve outcomes
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives
• The technologies you will be focusing on include GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Flow and Actions, self-hosted runners, secret management, and DevOps architecture Significant experience in constructing AKS infrastructure and deploying
