Candidate will be expected to lead a diverse technical sales team spread across the India, Asia Pacific and Oceania Region and position Oracle portfolio in Monetization, Assurance and Digital Business Experience domain.
Must have a proven track record of working with Tier -1 Service providers As part of the Oracle sales team, you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
Provides technical / functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation.
Participates in account planning and strategy development.
Works with management to define new product capabilities as per customer requirements Key Responsibilities include Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose OSS / BSS solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead the solution design, RFP / RFI responses, and technical presentations for telecom operators and digital service providers.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution workshops.
Work with product and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI models to support solution selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and stakeholders.
Support account planning and sales strategy with technical insights.
