Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

In this role, you'll lead and coordinate project-related warehouse operations, support and train team members, and ensure that picking, packing, and dispatch processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with Sales Support, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to keep everything on track and maintain exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate project-related warehouse operations.
• Support and train team members on the floor.
• Oversee picking, packing, dispatch accuracy, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements, solve problems early, and keep the warehouse organised.
• Maintain stock integrity, dispatch quality, and Health & Safety standards.
• Deliver reliable communication and exceptional customer service.
