Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher. English, Mathematics and statistics.

This is a full-time, fixed term position, suitable for both beginning and experienced teachers.

The successful candidate will :

• Be an enthusiastic, reflective classroom practitioner who can design and deliver engaging, cross-curricular learning experiences for Y7–8 learners.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the social, emotional, and academic needs of intermediate-aged boys.
• Promote learning that is innovative, inclusive, and culturally responsive.
• Foster strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and whānau.
• Experience in delivery of Structured Literacy is preferred.
• Have experience with or a willingness to learn standards-based assessment practices.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Model our school values and contribute positively to our school culture.
