What You’ll Do

• Be the Build Master and own the Modern Desktop build process and perfect the deployments across all our clients.
• Be the superhero who manages, diagnoses, and resolves incidents and problems within SLA timeframes, including vendor liaison / management.
• Punctuality is key ! Ensure all customer visits and remote tasks are adhered to punctually.
• Spread happiness ! Build onsite relationships and ensure customers are happy.
• Continuous improvement ! Keep client systems and processes in tip‑top shape.
• Communicate like a pro ! Keep stakeholders in the loop on actions taken and outstanding tasks after each site visit.
• Master of installations ! Perform a wide variety of installation, configuration, and upgrading of workstations, servers, and related hardware and software.
• Ticket master ! Accurately manage tickets and meet required SLAs with daily time sheeting in the Securecom ticketing management system.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in Modern Desktop (Intune, Autopilot and hybrid environments) design and implementation, system engineering, onsite end‑user support and Teams Meeting Room management. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge with hybrid environments, Autopilot, Intune, Microsoft Desktop operating systems, Office 365, EntraID, and other Azure services. Excellent customer service, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential. An interest in or exposure to Telephony / PABX products, networking, switches and routers would be advantageous.
