What you’ll do :

• Lead complex remuneration and reward projects
• Build trusted client relationships and influence senior stakeholders
• Provide expert remuneration advice and insights to executives and boards
• Drive annual remuneration review processes using market data and analytics
• Design short- and long-term incentive frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and present to leadership teams
• Support business development and grow your client portfolio
