Reporting to General Director of Operations, this role is instrumental to supporting RMO's in their delivery of patient care that is customer driven, safety conscious and supports the needs of the local community.This role is involved with the recruitment and selection of RMO staff and supports newly qualified staff and those on training programs.
Day to day work includes, general HR support, CME planning, rostering and oversight of the operational budget for the service.About youThe ideal person will have experience with this type of role and have an natural ability to build relationships with a range of people and be customer service orientated.
This is a fast-paced role with regular staff changes and therefore the successful person needs experience maintaining advisory / business partner support.Other factors that will contribute to success in this role includes;Understanding the principles of MECA's and associated legislative requirementsIncluding leave and payroll executionAble to work with autonomy and prioritise workWell-honed communication style and solid experience with a range of IT systems and the Microsoft suite of toolsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand |Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
