Key responsibilities

• Oversee all design and documentation to ensure structural products are technically sound, commercially viable, and ready for seamless manufacture.
• Manage the timely release of accurate assembly drawings and documentation to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all information is in place for successful procurement, fabrication, assembly, installation, and ongoing support.
• Partner with Product Managers to drive product improvements, innovation, and warranty resolutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.
