We are seeking an inspirational Clinical Team Leader with strong child and youth neurodevelopmental & mental health clinical and operational leadership experience to manage our CAMHS team within the Mental Health & Addiction Services.

About the Team / Service / Location
As Clinical Team Leader you are principally responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of mental health practitioners to deliver comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and their families or whānau. Your duties include providing clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based treatment, facilitating assessments and intervention planning, and overseeing service delivery to support the mental health and well-being of young people.
