Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our premium golf simulator facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in hospitality and business development.

This role is pivotal in creating a memorable experience for our patrons and driving the growth of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality experience for all customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Host and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for attendees.
• Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that encourages patrons to return.
• Act as a liaison between local businesses and the community, building strong relationships.
• Drive business development initiatives to improve facilities and services.
• Plan and execute promotions and sponsorships, negotiating deals to increase revenue.
• Manage and supervise two part-time staff members, providing training and support.
• Demonstrate integrity through past experiences or situations.
• Utilise social media platforms to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
• Preferably, have experience with financial accounts, including profit and loss statements.
