Lead and inspire the Ponsonby Karen Walker boutique

Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to uphold brand presentation standards.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience.

Lead the team to consistently exceed sales targets, KPIs, and budget expectations.

Manage staffing plans, training schedules, and performance development.

Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including weekly banking and financial summaries.

Mentor and coach team members in Ponsonby and support development across the wider retail group.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.

Execute visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Provide feedback on product placement and performance to inform future planning.

Act as a senior support to the Head of Operations and Retail, contributing to training, communications, and strategic initiatives.

As the successful applicant, you will have :

3 years+ in a fashion retail management role

Proven sales results in a fashion retail environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent time management and operational skills

A desire to progress with a career in retail management

A passion for customer service and shopfloor styling, and sales
