Job description

We are seeking a talented Senior Architect with experience in contract administration to join our talented Newmarket based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects from concept through to completion, supported by our in-house team of Revit Technicians and Engineers.

In this role, you will

Lead projects through all phases, from concept design to delivery.
Ensure design excellence while meeting and exceeding client objectives.
Engage directly with clients and contribute to relationship development.
Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Contribute to innovative, high-quality architectural solutions.

About You

Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent qualification recognised in New Zealand.

Registered Architect (NZRAB).

Experience in contract administration (with contracts such as NZS3910).

Minimum 5 years’ experience on commercial projects in New Zealand (preferred).

Proficient in Revit (advantageous).

Strong design, technical, and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Currently living in New Zealand with a valid visa or permanent right to work.
