Job description

The Bay of Plenty is booming, and so are we. As our business continues to expand, our current Branch Manager will be focusing solely on the Cherrywood branch after previously leading both. This means our Mount Maunganui branch is now looking for a growth-minded leader ready to shape the next chapter in one of the region’s most vibrant markets.

As Branch Manager, you’ll lead an experienced sales, administration and property management team, and drive both market share and property management portfolio growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant senior experience in Real Estate
  • Ideally you will have your Branch Manager Qualification
  • Experience managing people and enjoy working in a leadership position
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • You have the right to work in New Zealand
  • Strong written and spoken English

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team of sales people to achieve outstanding results for themselves
  • Setting KPI’s and managing the overall branch performance
  • Recruiting, developing, training and coaching new and established salespeople / employees
  • Harnessing and leveraging the company systems, policies and procedures to facilitate the smooth running of the branch

  • What support they need from the Support Centre
