Staff Manager / Cleaner Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Staff Manager / Cleaner Supervisor role in a commercial cleaning business to join our team at Alty Cleaning Services in Twizel, Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our client's commercial premises.

What you’ll be doing

• Scheduling and coordinating the cleaning team to carry out cleaning services across multiple commercial sites.
• Performing a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
• Ensuring all duties are completed to an excellent standard and that resources are used efficiently.
• Ensuring all work areas, washrooms, kitchens and communal spaces are cleaned to a high standard.
• Restocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Liaising daily with the Operations Manager regarding current task, faults, issues and future planning.
• Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
