As a Plant Operator You Will Do

• Assist in operating and optimising the Petkus Seed Cleaning Line, driving operational excellence through proactive maintenance and process improvements.
• Operate the coating plant consistently and efficiently, ensuring all treatment recipes are followed.
• Monitor outputs, collect and review samples and ensure compliance with strict quality standards.
• Support training and adoption of best practices to build capability within the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
