WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This role comes with a high level of autonomy and ownership. You’ll manage a portfolio of key client accounts from strategy through to implementation and performance reporting.
You will communicate directly with the client and be in charge of meeting KPI’s. Build strong relationships and deliver results that align with their commercial goals.
Your focus will be on strategic thinking, ongoing optimisation and clear communication - ensuring every campaign drives measurable success.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for the performance management of key client accounts including :
Lead digital strategy - Developing and executing a comprehensive plan that aligns with business goals informed by audience insights, consumer behaviour, online user experience and competitor research.
Collaborate and contribute - Work alongside the Head of Department(s), internal pods, clients, and external partners, you will be prepared to share your perspective, ideas and knowledge with the team.
End to end paid platform campaign management - Creating and managing campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring and optimising client ad accounts on a weekly basis and managing conversion tracking and / or shopping feeds. We’re looking for highly experienced candidates on Google and Meta Ads, who are comfortable in using Google Merchant Centre and Google Tag Manager for end to end conversion tracking and campaign set up. Experience in Pinterest, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and TikTok is preferred.
Provide insights and recommendations on Lifecycle Marketing - guide clients on the power of Email Automations or Nurture Sequences to drive leads / sales.
Knowledge of SEO and supporting digital marketing tactics (Brand, PR, Above-the-Line) is a bonus.
Analyse and report - Reviewing results, providing clients with continuous guidance for improvement, always aligning to the strategy. Translating complex data into actionable insights for clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service - Communicating all areas of our delivery to our clients is essential for this role.
Problem solving - Sometimes things go wrong! Keeping a calm and positive approach to the issues at hand is essential for success in this role, you will have support to resolve issues and plan the next steps
